Natasha Mokina and Victor Pakhomkin, the founders of Winter Palace Studio invite you for a two week workshop in St. Petersburg, Russia. The workshop will include:

Hotels:
   The Hermitage
Visas: To obtain a Russian visa you need a letter of invitation. The Comfort Hotel and Herzen House Hotel offer those invitations to their guests for free. You can contact those hotels by phone. The guests of the Artist's Union hostel can obtain such invitations through the international department of the Artist's Union (the cost is about $35). There are other opportunities which we are currently investigating. The cost of the visa itself is $100 with a 6-10 business days waiting period.
